The causes of the failure are as follows:
1. Failure to replace the hydraulic oil in time leads to deterioration of the hydraulic oil or lack of hydraulic oil, and the hydraulic oil filter element is blocked, resulting in insufficient oil suction of the hydraulic pump and reduced oil supply of the hydraulic pump to the distribution valve, which is one of the reasons for the slow and weak action of the excavator.
2. Insufficient pilot pressure. When the pilot pump is damaged or the pilot filter element is blocked, it is the direct cause of the low pilot pressure, which causes that the operating handle or foot valve stem cannot be fully opened, thus causing all movements of the excavator to be slow and weak.
3. The main overflow valve is worn. The main overflow valve controls the main overflow pressure of the whole vehicle. Once worn or jammed, all actions of the whole vehicle will be affected. If the point is stuck at a certain position frequently, the whole vehicle will be slow and powerless. In serious cases, it will also be accompanied by a harsh overflow sound, causing the excavator to fail to work normally.
4. The wear of the plunger of the hydraulic pump is also a problem that cannot be ignored. It will not only cause the failure of slow and weak movement of the whole vehicle, but also cause high oil temperature. In the case of severe wear, in addition to the maintenance and replacement of the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic oil pipe should be cleaned in time.
The excavator moves slowly and weakly. Sometimes all movements slow down in a moment, or it may slow down gradually during construction. What we should do is to find the excavator's faults in time and eliminate them to ensure its normal and stable operation.
