How Should The Hydraulic Oil Of The Loader Be Used And Properly Maintained?

Feb 28, 2023

There are many problems that must be paid attention to when working, and the use of the loader should also pay attention to maintenance, so that it can be used for a longer time. Now let's see how to use and maintain the hydraulic oil of the loader. Now let's take a look.
Loader is a kind of loader widely used in highway Railway, hydropower, construction, port, earthwork construction machinery, such as mines and other construction projects, are mainly used for loading and unloading soil, sand, lime, coal and other bulk materials, and can also be used for ore Various light shoveling operations, such as hard soil.
The hydraulic oil must be strictly filtered. The thickness of the loader hydraulic system shall be set as required The oil filter and oil filter shall be inspected and cleaned frequently, and shall be replaced in time if any damage is found. When filling the hydraulic oil tank, use an oil filter with more than 120 meshes.
Regularly check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil The small loader shall be replaced regularly according to its working conditions.
The hydraulic components of the loader cannot be removed easily. If disassembly is necessary, clean the parts and put them in a clean place to avoid mixing impurities during reassembly.
4. Prevent air from entering. It is generally believed that oil cannot be compressed, but air is more compressible (about 10000 times of oil). When the pressure is low, the air dissolved in the oil will escape from the oil, producing bubbles and forming cavitation. Under high pressure, bubbles will quickly break, rapidly compress and generate noise. At the same time, when the air is mixed into the oil, the actuator will crawl, the stability will be reduced, and even cause vibration.
Prevent excessive oil temperature. The working temperature of hydraulic oil loaded is generally 30-80 ℃, which is in a good range. High oil temperature will lead to lower oil viscosity, lower oil pump volumetric efficiency, thinner lubricating film, increased mechanical wear, aging and deterioration of seals, seal loss, etc.
