The loader needs maintenance every day. In order to make the loader good, it needs to be cleaned and maintained every day. Let's see how to carry out routine maintenance.
1. It is relatively difficult to use vehicles in winter. It is recommended that each start should not exceed 8 seconds. If it cannot be started, release the start switch, stop for 1 minute, and then start again. After the engine is started, it will idle for a period of time (it should not be too long, the inner wall of the cylinder will form carbon deposits, and the cylinder will be pulled). One is to charge the battery. The other is that the water temperature reaches 55 ℃, and the air pressure is expressed as 0.4. Mpa, then start driving.
Generally, the temperature is below 5 ℃. The engine should be preheated with hot water or steam before starting, and then start up after preheating to above 30~40 ℃ (mainly preheat the temperature of the cylinder and reheat the temperature of the foggy diesel, because the diesel engine is generally compression ignition).
The water temperature of the diesel engine should be higher than 55 ℃. Only when the oil temperature is higher than 45 ℃, can it be allowed to run at full load; During operation, the water temperature and oil temperature of the engine shall not exceed 95 ℃, and the oil temperature of the torque converter shall not exceed 110 ℃.
4. When the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the cooling water in the water tank sump, engine, oil cooler and torque converter oil cooler should be drained after working every day to avoid frost cracking; There is water vapor in the air reservoir, which is often discharged to prevent freezing, leading to brake failure. If antifreeze is added, it cannot be put.
5. If the storage vehicle has been out of service for more than half a month, the engine must be started every 15 days and run for a period of time to recharge the battery. If the time is too long, please remove the battery, charge it with a charger (the same is true for the vehicles to be sold by dealers), and move it properly to change the pressure part of the tire to prevent the tire from deformation; If the vehicle needs to be parked for more than two months, the battery cathode must be disconnected or removed.
6. The fuel, lubricating oil coolant and auxiliary materials used for diesel engines are as follows: diesel engines use - 10 # light diesel, and cold areas use - 35 # light diesel; The diesel engine oil is of CD grade (see the operation and maintenance manual for other oils and the diesel engine operation and maintenance manual for details).
When the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the concentration of antifreeze should be checked regularly, and the use of untreated water as engine coolant is prohibited.
