The driving problem of loader is one of the common problems that many drivers will encounter. The specific problem of loader drive abnormality is that the first gear drive operates normally, even in most cases, the reverse gear is normal, but the second gear cannot be driven, that is, we often say that the gear cannot be upshifted. The control gear is the shift handle of the cab, so first check whether the shift handle (i.e. shift handle) skidsteerloader is in place. If not, readjust it. Then check whether the transmission pressure gauge reduces the pressure in second gear. If the pressure decreases, be sure to check for pressure oil around the transmission 8 end cap. If there is leakage, tighten the surrounding bolts. If the above methods still cannot eliminate the fault, the 8-end cap must be removed and the o-ring seal and paper gasket must be replaced. Assuming that there is no pressure oil overflow from the small loader at this time, please confirm that there is a problem with the second gear components in the transmission and ensure that the second gear components are removed. First, check whether the oil seal outside gear 2 is damaged, then disassemble gear 2 components, take out the piston, and check whether the piston ring, oil seal ring and friction plate are damaged. Check whether the guide pin in the second gear cylinder falls off. If the guide pin falls off, the second gear pressure oil will flow out from here, which will cause the second gear pressure to decrease and make driving impossible. Replace seals or repair parts to reduce pressure.
