The fault condition of Doosan 150 excavator is that after the excavator turns on the starter switch, a large amount of black smoke will be discharged from the exhaust pipe and it cannot be started.

1. The fuel injector has failed.
2. The injection timing is adjusted too early.
3. The needle valve has poor contact with the valve seat or leaks.
4. The injector needle valve is stuck and cannot be closed.
5. The pressure of the cylinder is too low.
6. Improper adjustment of the injection pressure spring makes the injection pressure too low.
7. The exhaust brake valve is not fully opened.
8. The air filter element is too dirty and blocked, and the air inlet is blocked.

The diesel engine is not easy to start and emits a lot of smoke:
1. It shows that although diesel can enter the combustion chamber, for some reason, the combustion chamber does not have compression ignition conditions, so that the injected diesel can not be burned or can not be completely burned.
2. In order to make a quick judgment, the cause of this fault should be identified first, usually based on the color of smoke exhaust.
If there is a lot of black smoke:
1. It may be that the intake passage is blocked, the exhaust passage is not smooth, the injection pressure is insufficient, the injection is too early, the cylinder pressure is too low, the atomization is poor, and the diesel quality is poor.
2. It is caused by too low ambient temperature of the diesel engine, too late fuel injection, serious insufficient cylinder pressure, leakage, poor atomization of the fuel injector, etc. a large amount of water vapor and white smoke are caused by the vaporization of water entering the combustion chamber.
