2. The unstable ground will lead to the driver sitting in the cab, the body movement is not easy to maintain balance, the pilot handle is not well grasped, and the whole vehicle will shake due to the waveform change of the control pressure. At that time, when dealing with it, the engineer also thought that the body was unstable, and when he got on the car to test himself, the same is true.
However, when the engineer tried to control the body balance, he still noticed a different feeling, that is, it was definitely not because of the handle control, but because of the unstable flow. It felt like the unstable shaking of the pilot handle, but it was definitely not.
3. After the test run, the engineer analyzed that the system flow was unstable, and the hydraulic system had pulse oil supply, which was all the actions of the whole vehicle, not a single action. Following this idea, the engineer ruled out the main oil circuit and control oil circuit that acted alone.
Directly check the source - the hydraulic pump. After a round of inspection, it was found that the wire of the pump control solenoid valve of the hydraulic pump was worn out. When the excavator was working, the solenoid valve coil would be short circuited one after another, so it could not play well with the hydraulic pump, and the pump flow would be unstable.
Fault handling
Wrap the damaged position of the wire with electrical tape to eliminate the fault.
