The pressure of the main relief valve is not enough, and the internal valve core is worn and stuck. How to judge?

Fault judgment mode

Generally, the main overflow pressure of small excavators is between 23-28mpa, and that of medium excavators is mostly about 32-35mpa. The boosting pressure is 2-5mpa higher than this standard. Therefore, when we repair, we compare the measured data with this standard. If it is lower than this standard, we can check the main overflow valve according to the method in the video.

Fault handling

Treatment methods for problems found in the main relief valve:

First, disassemble for inspection and cleaning first, and then conduct test run after reinstallation to check whether the pressure can be restored to the normal value.

Second, if the normal value cannot be restored, we can also adjust the overflow pressure properly by adjusting the nut, and then check whether it can be raised to the normal value range.

Third, if the above two methods can not be recovered, that is, the internal valve core and other matching parts are damaged. If they can not be recovered, they can only be replaced.
