Loaders, as a commonly used large-scale mechanical equipment, are often seen in industries in railways, highways, mines and other construction projects. Mainly used for shoveling materials, but also for light shoveling operations. Proper maintenance of the loader can make it have a longer service life and maintain good working performance.
1. Daily maintenance. After get off work every day, check the low oil, light gauges, tire damage, alarms and other working conditions.
2. Weekly maintenance, check whether the speed control handle is flexible and effective, the gearbox oil level, and whether all connecting bolts of the drive shaft are tight.
3. Monthly maintenance: Clean the gearbox filter monthly, replace it appropriately every year, and clean the engine cylinder head and radiator pack.
The maintenance of the loader requires long-term patient maintenance, which can reduce the waste of time caused by downtime and maintenance, while preventing and avoiding the occurrence of major subsequent failures, reducing maintenance costs, and improving machine safety.
