The steering failure of the loader is a problem we often encounter when driving and using the loader. There are generally two reasons for loader failure. Today I mainly talk about how to check whether the steering failure of the loader is caused by the oil circuit.
1. Disconnect other oil return pipes and only open the oil return path of the steering system. There are two methods: one is to clamp the suction pipe of other pumps with a pipe clamp to prevent other pumps from sucking oil; first, remove and seal the suction pipes of other pumps from the pump end.
2. Open the fuel tank cap, first check whether the oil is sufficient, then start the engine, turn the steering wheel, and observe the oil return. Note that the start time cannot be too long, only one minute. If the oil level fluctuates greatly and there is oil return, the cause of the failure may be that the pressure of the relief valve in the steering hydraulic system is too low, which can be solved by adjusting its pressure.
3. Disassemble and inspect the hydraulic pump. As it is relatively laborious to disassemble the hydraulic pump, only when the above inspection results are invalid, the pump needs to be inspected and cleaned. Whether to replace parts, repair or replace the new pump should be determined according to its degree of wear.
