What Is The Working Principle Of The Engine In The Loader Accessories

Dec 17, 2020

In all loader accessories, the engine is an important part. The engine is as important to the loader as the heart is to us. So how does the engine work in the loader? Let's take a look at the specific working principle of the engine in the loader accessory.

1. Intake stroke. The working medium entering the cylinder is pure air. Due to the low resistance of the intake system of diesel engines, the pressure at the intake end is higher than that of gasoline engines. The end temperature of the intake air is lower than that of a gasoline engine.

2. Compression stroke. Since the compressed working fluid is pure air, the compression ratio of diesel engines is higher than that of gasoline engines, and the pressure at the end of compression greatly exceeds the auto-ignition temperature of diesel.

3. Work stroke. When the compression stroke is near the end, the diesel is injected into the combustion chamber of the cylinder through the fuel injector under the action of the high-pressure fuel pump, and mixes with air in a short time, and then immediately ignites and burns by itself.

4. Exhaust stroke. The exhaust of a diesel engine is basically the same as that of a gasoline engine, but the exhaust temperature is lower than that of a gasoline engine. For a single-cylinder engine, the speed is uneven, the engine works unevenly, and the vibration is large.

The above is the working principle of the engine in the loader accessory. Understanding its working principle will make us easier to use in the future and learn the corresponding operating methods faster.
