The correct maintenance of the loader is an important condition for preventing the loader from malfunctioning and ensuring high efficiency, low consumption and safe work. Therefore, the loader must be repaired and maintained promptly and carefully in accordance with the following regulations.
1. Check whether the electrical system wiring and electrical components are normal;
2. Add grease according to the instructions in the complete machine lubrication diagram;
3. Check the liquid level (including gearbox oil, hydraulic oil, brake fluid, engine oil, fuel and water tank), and supplement if necessary;
4. Open the drain valve of the gas tank to drain;
5. Check the parking brake and parking brake effect;
6.Check the tire pressure (inflate according to the pressure specified in the maintenance manual);
7. Check the tightness of the hydraulic, steering and braking systems of the working device, and clean the braking system, gearbox system and hydraulic system breather;
