Earlier we introduced how to deal with steering failure of the loader caused by the oil circuit. If it is not an oil circuit problem, it is mostly due to a steering cylinder problem. How to check and deal with it? This is what we are going to introduce to you today.
If it is not the problem with the relief valve, check the steering cylinder. The method is ok. One person turns the steering wheel and one person observes whether the steering cylinder is stuck. If it is stuck, remove it; check whether the pipeline is leaking, or remove the steering cylinder to check whether the piston seal is severely worn, causing internal leakage. If the oil level fluctuates greatly, but there is no oil return, or there is a small amount of irregular oil return, it may be that the oil suction port of the steering pump is not smooth and the oil suction filter is blocked. At this time, the oil in the fuel tank can be drained, and then the fuel tank, suction pipe and filter screen can be cleaned, and can be reused or replaced after filtering. If the oil level is stable and there is no oil return, it can be judged that the engine is working but the steering pump is not working. The reason may be a problem with the mechanical transmission parts between the engine and the steering pump, that is, the connecting screw may be loose or broken, or a rolling key phenomenon may occur. At this time, the transmission components can be disassembled, inspected and eliminated.
If the steering failure of the loader is caused by the steering cylinder, we can carry out the above operations, and after inspection and elimination, the steering of the loader can be normal.
