2. Hyundai excavator main pump disassembly


1 Select a workplace that is suitable for disassembly, laying a rubber pad on the workbench, to prevent the part to be hurt.


2 Refrigeration of the surface of the pump and dust removal with a detergent.


3 Remove the drainage plug and discharge the pump shell (pre-pump and post pump).


4 Remove the hex bolt and remove the regulator.


5 Remove the hex bolts of the rotary swash plate support, the pump housing and the valve block, as shown in Figure 3-5 If the pump is installed back, remove the gear pump before removing the bolt,


6 Place the pump on the workbench, so that the regulator surface is facing down, separate the pump shell from the valve block.


7 Remove the cylinder from the pump housing, directly pull the drive shaft, and pull the plunger, set the plate, spherical shaft and cylinder spring.


Be careful not to damage the sliding surface such as the cylinder, spherical wrap, the foot and the rotating swash plate.


8 Remove the hex bolt, then remove the front cover, screw the bolt into the pin hole on the front cover, so that the cover is easily detached. Because the oil seal is installed on the front cover, be careful not to damage the oil seal when the cover is removed.


⑨ Remove the hex bolt and remove the rear cover. If the gear pump is installed, the gear pump is first removed.


⑩ Gently tap the flange portion of the rotary swash plate on one side of the pump shell to rotate the swash plate support from the pump casing.


1 Remove the bag plate and rotary swash plate from the pump shell.


2 Brightly knock on the shaft end of the drive shaft with a plastic hammer, remove it from the rotary sloping plate to remove the distribution disk from the valve block, which can be performed at step 6.


4 If necessary, you must also remove the large stop block, small stop block, servo plunger and tilt pin from the pump shell, remove the roller bearing and spline connection from the valve block.


Note: The clamp should be used when removing the tilt pin to prevent the header damage: Be careful not to damage the serv plug; do not remove the needle bearing as much as possible, unless the new needle bearing: Do not loosen the valve block and rotate The hex nut supported by the disk is loosening will result in a change in flow setting.


3. Main pump installation


1 Re-installation in the reverse order of removal, pay attention to the following:


A. Repair damage to damage, ready to replace parts


B. Clean all parts with a detergent and blow it with compressed air.


C. Before installation, use clean hydraulic oil to slide parts, bearings, etc.


Replace the ring, oil seal and other seals


E. Use a torque wrench to tighten bolts and plugs with a specified torque.


F. Note that the parts of the pump should not be used interchangeably.


2 Mounting the rotary swash plate is supported onto the pump shell, and gently knock on the rotating slanting plate with a plastic hammer.


Remove the servo plunger, tilt pin, large stop block, small stop block, it is easy to install it as soon as possible to reload.


Tighten the servolus plunger, use a clamp to prevent tilting pin and feedback damage.


Tu Thai glue (medium intensity) to the threaded portion of the plunger.


3 Rotate the pump shell with the regulator toward downward, mount the tilt shaft tile of the rotating swash plate to the inclined pin, and mount the rotary swash plate to the rotational slanting plate, as shown in Figures 3-13.


Move the swash plate with both hands, confirm that it can smoothly slide on the sliding surface and the rotary swash plate support to apply the lubricating oil to the mounting drive shaft.


4 The belt bearing, the bearing spacer is mounted on the drive shaft of the snap ring to the rotary swash plate, as shown in Figures 3-14.


Don't hit the drive shaft with a hammer. After installing, gently knock on the bearing ring with a plastic hammer, so that the parts are mounted into the support, install them into the pump housing with brass punches 5, and the hex bolts are installed.


Grease is gently applied to the oil seal of the front cover. Be careful not to damage the oil seal when installing oil seals. If it is a double pump, the rear cover and a closure method are similar.


6 Mounting the plunger cylinder assembly: cylinder block, plunger assembly, set plate, spherical shaft, spacer, and cylinder spring, then the cylinder is inserted into the pump housing together with the plunger. The spline of the hi-ball shaft and the cylinder and the spline of the pulse shaft.


7 Install the distribution disk on the valve block, insert the pin into the pin hole.


Note: Do not confuse the oil absorbing ports and outlets on the distribution plate


8 Install the valve block on the pump housing and tighten the hex bolt.


This is easy to install the valve block on the post, so that it is easy to install. Be careful not to confuse the direction. Turn clockwise (observed from the input shaft end), install the valve block of the tape regulator towards the left (from the front end observation). Turn counterclockwise (observed from the input shaft end), the flange towards the right (from the front end observation).


⑨ In the feedback of the regulator, install the feedback pin of the inclination pin, install the regulator, tighten the hex bolt, pay attention to the regulator of the front pump and the post pump


        ⑩0-mounted drainage


At this point, the reinstallation work is over.
