1 Overview

The oil passage in the main control valve is equipped with a one-way valve and a oil hole to control the oil flow of the main pump to match each brake, and the composite operation is free.


The main control valve is equipped with a straight walking spool. If you do any brake while walking, the straight walking spool is pushed to the left by the pilot oil pressure. Therefore, the left and right travel oil supply channels are connected, and the equal amount of oil flows into the left and right travels to keep the straight line.


2, swivel and large arm composite operation


When the modern excavator is rotated and the arm, the rotary spool and the large arm fitting of the main control valve are simultaneously transferred to the functional position from the pilot oil from the remote control valve.


The oil of the front pump flows into the rotary motor by the rotary valve core, flows into the large arm cylinder through the large arm 2 valve core. The oil of the rear pump flows into the large arm cylinder through the arm 1 valve core in the right control valve. Thus, the upper turntable is rotated and the large arm is operated.


3, rotation and the composite operation of the arm

4, composite operation of swinging and bucket

The oil of the front pump flows into the rotary motor through the rotary valve core in the left control valve. The oil of the rear pump flows into the bucket oil through the bucket valve core in the right control valve. Thus, the upper turntable is rotated and the bucket is operated.


5, rotation, bram, arm, and bucket composite operation

8. Composite operation of the arm and walking

The oil of the front pump is connected in parallel to the convergence channel, and then flow into the large arm cylinder through the arm 1 and the arm 2 valve core. 9, bucket and composite operation


When the bucket and walking are operated, the bucket valve and the walking spacing of the main control valve are simultaneously movable from the pilot oil pressure from the remote control valve to the function, and the linear walking valve core is pushed out from the oil pressure of the pilot pump. left.


The oil of the front pump is converted through the tunnel, and then flows into the bucket oil through the bucket. The oil of the rear pump passes through the straight line of the spool, and then takes the right line through the right line of the right control valve and the left row of the left row of the left control valve.
