The main pump generally includes a rotating assembly, a rotating swash plate assembly, and a valve block assembly. The rotating assembly is used to rotate and assume the main function of the entire pump, and the rotating swash plate assembly changes the output flow, and the valve block can separate the oil absorption and drainage.
(1) Rotating assembly
The rotating assembly includes a drive shaft (front), a cylinder body, a plunger shoe, a fixing plate, a spherical woven, a washer and a cylinder spring. The drive shaft is supported by the bearing of both ends. Boots are filled in the plunger and form a spherical coupled. It has a concave hole to release the thrust formed by the load pressure, and keep the hydraulic pressure balance so that the boots can slide on the slide.
The branch assembly includes a plunger and a boot, the cylinder spring is passed through the holder and the spherical shaft tile.
Also, the cylinder is pressed on the valve plate by the action of the cylinder spring.
(2) Rotating swash plate assembly
Rotating swash plates include rotary swash plates, skateboards, rotary swash plate support frames, inclined shafts, tilting pins, and servo plunses.
The rotating swash plate is a cylindrical slidable part, corresponding to the sliding surface of the boots, and supported by a rotary swash plate support.
When the hydraulic oil controlled by the regulator is flowed to the studio located at both ends of the servo plunger, the servo plunger moves to the right or left. The action of the servo plunger acts in the inclination pin causes the sliding of the rotary swash plate on the support frame to change the tilt angle (a).
(3) Valve group
The valve assembly includes a valve block, a valve plate, and a valve plate pin.
The valve plate is connected to the valve block, which has two half-month-shaped gates - oil ports and suction ports.
The hydraulic oil discharged through the valve plate is connected to an external tubing path through the valve block.
The drive shaft is driven by the engine, the drive shaft will be connected to the rotating cylinder by the spline. If the rotary swash plate is inclined, the plunger in the cylinder will perform the reciprocating movement of the cylinder, rotate together with the cylinder.
Single plunger will do 180 ° motion, leave the valve plate (oil absorbing process), then do the remaining 180 ° movement, toward the valve
(Drainage process), at this time the cylinder is rotated. When the angle of rotation of the swash plate is 0 °, the plunger does not do stroke or oil-free discharge.
