1. Removal of hydraulic pump
1 Reduce the workfinder to the ground to stop the engine.
2 Operate the joystick and the pedal to the hydraulic line pressure line.
3 Slowly loose the air breathing apparatus on the fuel tank for the pressure.
Note that the residual liquid burns skin is prevented from sputtering due to pressure.
4 Loosen the discharge plug in the lower portion of the hydraulic tank to discharge the oil (the hydraulic tank capacity is 180L).
5 Remove the hex bolt and disconnect the tube.
6 Disconnect the pilot line hose.
7 Remove the hex bolt and disconnect the pump suction pipe.
When the pump suction tube is turned off, the oil in the tube flows into the container.
8 Lift the pump (mass 120kg) device and remove the pump installation bolt.
Pull the pump device from the pump housing. When disassembling the pump device, check if all hoses have been disconnected.
2. Installation of hydraulic pump
1 Install in the order in which the removal is reversed.
2 Remove the oil filter and clean it.
3 Replace the new oil filter.
4 Remove the air breathing apparatus and clean it.
5 Add oil to the prescribed oil level.
6 Exhas air from the hydraulic pump
A. Remove the gas valve plug (2).
B. Gently mitigate the plug C. Start the modern excavator engine, run with a low idle, and then check whether oil flows out from the plug. Tighten plug
7 Start the engine to circulate the oil throughout the system at a low idle operation (3 ~ 5min).
8 Confirm the oil level and check the oil without leakage.
