1 Hyundai excavation tool tools open the four corners of the lock.
Do not repeat the lock tabs. Loosen the hex bolt and remove the lock and lock plate from the pinion.
Remove the pinion and spacer from the drive shaft.

2 Remove the oil quasi and oil quasius fixing tube from the rotary motor shell. Pour the oil of the reduction gear into a clean container to check the oil's lubrication.
3 Loosen the concave head bolt and separate the rotary motor from the deceleration gear.
4 Tighten the three M16 hoist bolts onto the annular ring, then drag down the ring ring.
5 Remove the stop ring, then remove the sun gear 1
6 Screw two M10 rings bolts on the bracket 1, then lift and remove the bracket.
7 Remove the bracket 1 component.
Remove the stop ring B. Remove the side plate 2 from the bracket 2, the planetary gear 1, the needle case, the side plate 1 and the side plate 3.
C. Pull open the spring pin with the drill bit of M8, and make the pin 1 can be taken under hammer.
D. Remove the side panel 3 from the bracket 1.
The spring pin is repeatedly used unless it is replaced, do not remove the pin 1, the bracket 1, and the spring pin. Make a tag between the planet gear 1 and the buy to reinstall.
8 Remove the solar gear 2 and thrust gears
⑨ Remove the bracket 2 from the housing.
⑩ Remove the bracket 2 components:
A. Use the M8 drill bit, open the spring pin for the cost 2
B. Remove the pin 2 from the bracket 2, the planetary gear 2 and the bushing. Match the mark between the planet gear 2 and the pin 2 for reinstall.
Do not remove the pin 2, bracket 2, and spring pin unless you need to replace it.
1 Remove the thrust bearing from the drive shaft and stop ring
2 Remove the drive shaft and oil seal assembly with rolling bearings. Remove the positioning pin from the shell.
13 Remove the rolling bearings and oil seals from the drive shaft. Do not reuse after the oil seal is removed
4 Remove the rolling bearing using the bearing removal tool.
