Preparation

2 When the Hyundai excavator disassembles the control valve, pay attention to the dust, sand, etc., such as foreign matter, etc., enter the valve body.
3 When the control valve is removed from the machine, seal all the oil ports with the cover. Before disassembling the valve, check if these clips are all installed, and then the outside of the valve is cleaned. Use a suitable workbench, and then remove the rubber pad.
4 When transporting or transferring a control valve, pay attention to the support portion of the hoisting valve, do not directly suspend the blank or end caps.
5 When disassembling the parts, it is necessary to test these parts with hydraulic test instruments (such as test overflow pressure, oil leakage, oil flow, etc.), do not dismount those parts that cannot be tested, regulated, and should be prepared before work Divides, grease, etc.
2. Removal of the main control valve
(1) When the control valve is removed on the table, it should be carried out in a clean and dry working environment, and not to damage the surface of the sealed flange.
(2) Linear walking valve is loose open hex bolts and remove the straight walking valve body.
(3) Main spool
1 Loosen the hex bolt and remove the spring cover.
2 Remove the spool, spring, stop block, spring seat and the spacer screw within the spool.
When each spool assembly is removed from the shell, be careful not to damage the housing.
(4) Release the hex bolt and remove the valve cover.
(5) Remove the oil mouth relief valve to remove the oil mouth relief valve from the housing.
(6) Removing a plug (option) Remove the plug from the housing.
(7) Lock valve release hex bolts and remove the lock valve

2 Remove the spool, spring and rod.
(9) Rotary logic valve and one-way valve
1 Loosen the hex bolt and remove the logic valve and one-way valve.
2 Remove the plug and remove the spool and spring
(10) Big arm priority valve release hex bolts and remove the large arm priority valve.
(11) Removal detection cleaner cleaner all parts and blows with compressed air, and then placed them on clean sheets or on the release.
1 Check the control valve:
A. Check if all parts surfaces are rough, whether there is scratch, dents, and other damage.
B. Verify that the sealing groove surface and the housing of the housing are smooth, there is dust, dents and rust, etc.
C. Fix the dent and damage to the part and check if the seat is firm.
D. Be careful not to keep any foreign matter in the valve shell
E. Confirm that all sliding parts can be manually moved, all grooves and slides have no foreign matter.
F. If the spring is damaged or deformed, replace the new spring.
G. When the relief valve does not work properly, repair the relief valve to replace all seals and O-rings
2 check the overflow valve
A. Confirm that all valve seats are damaged, or it is matched with the spool.
B. Return the main spool with the hand and the seat can be easily slid.
C. Confirm that the main valve core appearance and the inner surface of the valve seat are not scratched.
D. Verify that the spring is not damaged, deformed, and fatigue.
E. Confirm that the main valve core joint flow hole and the valve seat have no foreign object blocked. Replace all O-ring.
G. Check and fix all mild damage h. When the overflow valve is found, the new relief valve is replaced.
3. Note the following when the main control valve is installed and installing the main control valve
1 Be careful not to damage the seal and carefully check it before use.
2 Use clean grease and hydraulic oil to the seal to ensure that the seal before the installation is completely lubricated.
3 Do not excessively draw the seal to avoid permanent deformation
4 When installing the O-ring, pay attention to put the O-ring not to curl, the curled O-ring does not play the effect of sufficiently sealing, resulting in the leak of internal and external oil
5 Tighten the mounting bolts of each portion according to the corresponding tightening torque.
Install in the reverse order of the disassembly.
1 Install the one-way valve.
2 Install the negative control overflow valve.
3 Install the lock valve.
4 Install the main relief valve, oil mouth relief valve.
5 Install the main spool.
