(1) Hyundai excavator overflow valve
The valve housing contains two types of relief valves to stop the hydraulic motor and the opposite rotation. The rotary operation when the overflow valve is reduced during startup, and can control the overflow pressure from high pressure and low pressure to ensure that the machine operation is free. :
(2) Overflow valve function
1 When the relief valve is raised, the pressure acts on the valve.
2 When the hydraulic pressure pressure reaches a predetermined spring force, the stylus moves to the right of the valve.
3 Oilflow chamber G passes through holes M and N. When the pressure of the oil flow chamber G reaches the spring preset force, the plunger is moved to the left.
4 When the plunger hits the bottom of the bushing, the plunger stops the condition of the valve to the left.
