After a long period of storage in the cold winter, the various oils, lubrication protection and some materials of the excavator may have changed. If there is no detailed inspection of the machine When you start up and work, there may be poor operation. In order to reduce equipment failures and ensure that the performance of the machine reaches the best state after spring construction, the excavator should undergo detailed inspection and maintenance before starting. Inspection is mainly divided into pre-start inspection And running checks.
Check before starting the excavator
1. Check the fuel tank, clean it if necessary, check the fuel level, and carry out sewage and drainage treatment of the fuel tank (drain the oil-water separator);
2. Check the fuel system hose for aging cracks and oil leakage, whether the joints are firmly connected, and replace if necessary;
3. Check the oil level and quality of the engine oil, add or replace IHI special engine oil if necessary;
4. Check whether the engine foot pad is intact;
5. Check the fan belt, air conditioner belt tension and whether it is aging, if necessary, adjust the fan belt, air conditioner belt tension or replace;
6. Check the hydraulic oil level, hose and oil quality, add or replace IHI special hydraulic oil and hose if necessary;
7. Check the oil level and oil quality of the gearbox, and add or replace IHI special gear oil if necessary;
8. Check the cooling liquid level, whether there is cracking or water leakage in each water pipe box, add IHI special coolant and replace the water pipe if necessary;
9. Check the working condition of the testing instrument;
10. Check the tightness of the track;
11. Check whether the bearing grease of the rotary mechanism is sufficient, and add it if necessary;
12. Check whether the rotary large ring gear butter is enough, add it if necessary;
13. Add butter to each pin and lubrication point, and squeeze out the old oil from the oil channel if necessary;
14. Check the tightness of bolts of each tightening element.
Checking during operation of the excavator
① When the ambient temperature is lower than 3 ℃, turn on the preheat switch before starting the machine to preheat the intake air;
② For models with turbocharging before starting the engine, remove the turbocharger inlet pipe and add an appropriate amount of engine oil to ensure the lubrication of the turbine shaft.
③ Start the machine, after the engine runs at idle speed for 5-10 minutes, operate each cylinder without load to make the hydraulic oil temperature reach 40 ℃, circulate all hydraulic functions several times, and then start construction;
④ If the excavator repair machine is not used for a long time, the thin oil layer on the sliding surface may be damaged. It is necessary to circulate and rotate the hydraulic function of excavation 2 to 3 times to lubricate the sliding surface;
⑤ In freezing weather, when there is dirt on the frame, before walking, first turn the upper frame to a 90-degree position, prop up the crawler, and idle a few times before and after, throw off the support chain wheel, roller, and guide wheel The dirt impurities (for equipment constructed on the dirt ground, it is recommended that the operator close the sprocket and guide wheel to clean up the dirt near the sprocket and guide wheel after work every day to prevent freezing the next day).
