The following are some self-checking and self-discharging methods for simple faults of air conditioners for emergency use.

Fault 1. The air conditioner only blows without cooling

Many people have question marks in their heads and they have to say why the air conditioner doesn't cool when the machine first experiences summer. When these people asked these questions without inspection measures, they were usually "ordered" to read the instructions. "A / C" on the control panel turned on to indicate that the air conditioner was turned on, but they did not press that key. Very speechless, right, don't believe it, never read the manual, many people asked when they opened their mouths, I hope there is no such person.

Fault 2. The cooling effect of the air conditioner is not good

Confirm that the steps of turning on the air conditioner are correct, but the air conditioner still can't feel the air conditioner, then first check whether the air conditioner belt is loose, if there is no problem, it depends on whether the refrigerant (that is, snow, Freon) is not enough, if there is no problem It is necessary to check the circuit, if there is no problem with the circuit, clean the internal and external circulation of the evaporator and the air conditioning filter.

Failure 3. The air volume of the air conditioner is small

First check the air conditioner filter element to see if it is blocked. In addition, the air intake may be blocked by debris. The filter element is at the entrance of the air conditioner air box. The flat paper is mostly because the filter element is blocked and no wind comes out. If you do n’t have a place to buy it, use a blow gun to blow it down first, then disassemble the motor no matter what it is used, connect the plug, turn on the fan, and test the gears one by one. If the speed does not change, most of the variable resistances are broken.

The air conditioning filter is installed at the entrance of the inner circulation air duct of the air conditioning and refrigeration unit in the cab.

Trouble 4. Turn on the air conditioner and only listen to the fan sound, but the wind won't blow out

This is a common problem with inadequate driver machines. The machine room is extremely dirty, the air grid is broken, so that the dust and paper are sucked into the evaporation box by the fan. The evaporation box has accumulated a thick layer of lime soil impurities, so that it can not suck in air, so that it cannot blow out the wind. Start up and check first, if the compressor can run, it shows that the system pressure is basically normal, and there is no other way but to release the cold air. Note that the cold air can be recycled. Don't be impatient when releasing the cold air. Slowly release it from the low-pressure side of the watch. Then remove the air conditioning system and disassemble it. After reinstalling, evacuate and add cold air to solve the problem.

Always check the condenser fins for dirt, dust and leaves and other debris, if any, use high-pressure air, steam or water to wash away

Malfunction 5. Just added the snow and started to cool. After a few hours, the heater will be blown to check the electrical appliances. If it is good, it is best to use a pressure gauge to measure the pressure. . If there is no freon compressor, the clutch is not sucked. If there is fluorine, it can be seen whether there is ice blocking or dirty blocking. If the tube is rotten, check with soapy water.

Fault 6, turn on the air conditioner

Mostly because the engine's horsepower is not enough, the engine's output power drops, not enough to drive the air conditioner, or the power of the hydraulic pump and the engine may not match. The power of the general air conditioner accounts for one tenth of the engine. The solution: increase the engine power or reduce the power of the pump, and increase the throttle when turning on the air conditioner. In addition, check the air filter and diesel filter.
