When starting and driving the forklift, you should pay attention to the following points:
(1) Before driving, the driver should first inspect and clear the site and passage to make it suitable for forklift operation and driving;
(2) When starting, close the emergency switch, turn on the electric lock, then pull the direction switch position, sound the signal, then slowly start and gradually accelerate, it is forbidden to quickly depress the speed control pedal to start, to prevent excessive starting current And burn out the motor;
(3) When driving, you should gradually accelerate, and you are not allowed to drive for a long time at low speed; when meeting or giving up, you should let the heavy car empty;
(4) It is strictly forbidden to pull the direction switch while driving, only after the car is stationary. Only then can the direction switch be reversed. Emergency braking should be avoided as much as possible. In case of emergency, pull down the knife switch quickly, step on the brake pedal and stop immediately;
(5) When starting or turning, horn should be sounded; when turning, descending, uneven road or passing through a narrow passage, slow down slowly, pay attention to safety;
(6) When driving on the road, you must pass on the right side, the forklift cargo should be about 100-200mm away from the ground, and the gantry is in a backward tilt position; when the two vehicles are driving in the same direction, the distance between the front and back should be kept at least 2m;
(7) When multiple forklifts are driving on the platform, the front-to-rear distance should be more than 5m, and it is strictly forbidden to run parallel on the narrower platform in the same direction, and more than 0.3m from the platform edge;
(8) When the forklift is towing the trailer, continuous curve driving is prohibited to avoid large current discharge and affecting safety; regardless of full load, no load, uphill, downhill, etc., reverse driving is strictly prohibited; when turning, you should slow down and slow down to prevent the goods from being scattered. At the same time, pay attention to the inner wheel difference to prevent the trailer from scratching the inside or driving out of the road;
(9) Under normal circumstances, it is forbidden to work the battery forklift walking motor and the oil pump motor at the same time to extend the service life of the battery;
(10) When the working voltage is lower than the minimum limit voltage of the vehicle, it should stop working and charge in time;
(11) If any abnormal phenomenon is found during driving, stop and check immediately, and eliminate the fault in a timely manner; it is forbidden to carry people on forks and trailers; driving with faults is strictly prohibited.
