2. correctly select the clearance between the piston skirt and the cylinder sleeve, the opening clearance and side clearance of the piston ring according to the provisions of the operation manual. In addition, the piston deviation shall be controlled in the repair, and the dimensional accuracy of the cylinder liner shall be ensured at the same time.
3. keep the normal temperature of cooling water at 70 ℃ ~ 95 ℃ to avoid engine overheating. Preheating measures shall be taken before starting in winter.
4. operate and use the engine reasonably, do not increase the load of the engine, do not overload operation, blow the accelerator indiscriminately, and start without water.
5. strengthen the maintenance of the air filter to prevent dust from being sucked into the cylinder.
6. maintain the lubrication system to prevent mechanical impurities and carbon deposits from mixing into the engine oil and aggravating the wear of the cylinder liner.
