Fault analysis and maintenance:
1. Oil circuit problem The oil circuit is blocked, the oil is dirty, and the engine is blocked when the oil supply is not available, which seriously leads to the car stalling Maintenance method: replace all diesel filter elements and clean the oil-water separator If the filter element is replaced, check whether the oil output from the oil pipe is large when you replace the filter element. Is the oil urgent? The oil is not big, but the oil pipe is blocked. Find out where it is blocked, and then use the air cylinder we used to pump air into the oil pipe to flush away the dirt

2. Hydraulic problems The high or low pressure of the hydraulic pump will cause black smoke and large suffocation. Generally, the pressure of the front pump and the rear pump is adjusted The standard pressure of the new machine is 380kp. It is usually adjusted to about 320-310 after several years of operation!
3. Main pump flow problem If the flow rate is too high, the excavator will be choked in black smoke, which will cause serious flameout. If the flow rate is too high, the main pump flow will be reduced. Generally, it will return for half a circle, and it will be about one and a half circles. If the flow rate is adjusted too much, the excavator will have no speed and power
4. Oil pump problem Generally speaking, it's not the problem with the oil pump. The oil pump is mainly weak and the engine doesn't work well. There is black smoke when the engine is running at a desk speed. These are some common problems with the oil pump. If there is such a phenomenon, it's best to calibrate the oil pump
5. Solenoid valve circuit problem Look at the ls-epc valve on the monitoring display board. Is there any current passing through the pc-epc valve? I don't remember the specific parameters of the current very clearly, so I won't say them The internal mechanical parts of the solenoid valve are stuck For example, the spool of ls-epc valve and pc-epc valve is stuck with dirt.
