Cause analysis:
Firstly, the external dust, sand, etc. enter the hydraulic oil through the reciprocating telescopic piston rod and the oil leakage flowing back to the oil tank during the operation of the hydraulic system. In addition, dust, lint, etc. will enter the hydraulic oil if you do not pay attention to it.
Secondly, the sand, chips, abrasives, welding slag, rust flakes, dust and other dirt in the pipes and hydraulic components of the hydraulic system are not cleaned before the system is used. When the hydraulic system is working, these dirt will enter the hydraulic oil.
Finally, the hydraulic system itself also continuously produces dirt, which directly enters the hydraulic oil, such as the wear particles of metal and sealing materials, the particles or fibers falling off the filter materials, and the colloids generated by the oxidation and deterioration of the oil due to the increase of oil temperature.
At present, the swashplate piston pump is basically used in the hydraulic system, and its anti pollution ability is poor. Especially for the closed hydraulic system, the oil tank is small, the oil in the system always circulates in the system and cannot be filtered, and the oil temperature is always high. When the hydraulic oil is contaminated, the pump damages faster than the open hydraulic system.
Warm tips: if the hydraulic oil is found to be contaminated, please stop using it immediately to prevent damage to the hydraulic components. Cause greater losses. The entire hydraulic system, including hydraulic oil tank, pipeline and other hydraulic components, must be thoroughly cleaned, and then all hydraulic oil filter elements and hydraulic oil must be replaced. When filling hydraulic oil, the filter accuracy must be 10-20 μ Hydraulic oil filter. If only the hydraulic oil is replaced without cleaning the whole hydraulic system, the system cannot be guaranteed to be clean, and the system will have the risk of failure again in a short time.
