Symptom: the Hitachi 210lc-5 excavator works normally when it is cold, but it has no power when it is hot
Inspection for hot vehicle failure of Hitachi 210lc-5 excavator:
1. First check whether the hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil filter element have reached the replacement period, or whether the viscosity grade of the hydraulic oil is appropriate It is recommended to use 10W, CF grade or above.
2. In case of failure, check the overflow pressure of the whole machine (when the engine speed is the highest and the stick is excavated to the end of the cylinder stroke). Under normal conditions, the pressure should not be lower than 320kg/cm2.
3. If the pressure in the previous step is not enough, you can adjust the pressure first to see if the fault has been improved.
4. If the pressure is normal, it is suspected that the flow of the hydraulic pump is insufficient. Adjust the TVC valve (the valve responsible for balancing the total power of the engine and the hydraulic pump) and turn it clockwise by 90 degrees (note that both the front and rear pumps should be adjusted at the same time) Then repeat the second step to see if the engine is choking and changing sound under the overflow state. If not, you can see if the fault has been improved
5. If the engine has the phenomenon of car suffocation and sound change, it indicates that the parts in the hydraulic pump (swash plate, cylinder block, plunger, valve plate, etc.) have been worn. It is time to find a professional person to do the disassembly, inspection and repair.
6. The internal fit clearance of the hydraulic pump and distribution valve is increased, the seal is effective, and the internal measurement causes the hot car to be weak.
7. If the oil is dirty, the oil supply will not be available.
8. It is possible that the air filter element has not been cleaned for a long time.
