·When the travel speed solenoid valve is energized, pilot pressure oil from the pressure reducing valve flows to port d to push the regulating valve (6) to the right

·Therefore, the main pressure oil from the control valve enters the adjusting plunger (23) at the bottom through passage B of the adjusting valve (6) and pushes the adjusting plunger (23) to the left

·As a result, the swashplate (11) is pushed to the minimum swashplate angle direction, the motor capacity becomes minimum, and the system is set to high speed

Analysis on oil pipe explosion of walking motor of Kobelco excavator:

1. The oil pressure is too high or the oil pipe is of poor quality

2. It may be caused by the instantaneous increase of pressure. You can check whether the lower oil return pipeline is unobstructed and try walking in the opposite direction

3 the replaced oil pipe is of poor quality

4 is the overflow valve adjusted in the proper position? It is recommended to eliminate the problem from the part below the center revolving body

3. The pressure of the travel pump safety valve is too high or stuck, the pump liner is leaking, and the pressure of the oil leakage return pipe is too high or blocked

4 the traveling pump leaks too much oil. The oil leakage return pipe is a small pipe with a big finger. If too much oil is leaked, the small return pipe and the pump bladder cavity will form excessive pressure

What is the general cause of oil leakage of excavator travel motor?
