The rotation priority control system is shown in Figure 2-47.

The priority control process of Kobelco excavator rotation is as follows.

①If the rotation operation is performed during the arm recovery operation (or the recovery operation is performed during the rotation operation), the secondary control pressure of the arm operation turns on the arm spool valve, and the pressure is input to the low-pressure sensor, the diode of the rotation operation The control pressure turns on the rotary spool and is input to the low pressure sensor.

 ② The voltage output of the low-voltage sensor is input to the electromechanical controller, and the controller processes the control signal and outputs a current command to the variable cooperation valve according to the voltage input value.

 ③ The arm regenerative electromagnetic cooperation valve outputs the secondary control pressure and changes the pressure of the arm regenerative valve according to the instructions from the controller.

 ④Once the pressure of the variable regeneration valve of the arm changes, the circulation circuit from the side of the piston rod (R) to the top of the arm cylinder (H) is blocked.

 ⑤ This action increases the pressure of the arm piston rod (R) and the working pressure of the top end (H). Since the oil path of the arm and the rotating system are connected in parallel to each other, the delivery oil of the P2 pump is preferentially used to operate the rotating system. The arm system is operated by regenerated oil.
