1. Equipment management of concrete mixing plant


1. The person in charge of electromechanics should guide, check, supervise and drive the driver to perform "cross operation" on the equipment every day before opening. In particular, pay attention to the correction of the belt of the equipment and the cleaning of the metering pressure sensor.


2. When pouring large volume concrete components required for continuous pouring. To carry out special process control on equipment and formulate appropriate equipment emergency measures,


(1) Maintain maintenance on parts prone to failure, and ensure that there is a suitable spare parts reserve;


(2) Contact the power supply department and ask them to provide reliable power guarantee;


(3) Maintain the good technical status of the standby generator;


(4) Maintain well and prepare full concrete transportation vehicles (to be slightly surplus). Only when the equipment is ready can the equipment ready information be reported to the dispatcher.


3. The mixing station should be equipped with two hydraulic pipes so that it can be used to unload the concrete in the tank when the concrete transport vehicle fails. Appropriate spare wind picks to remove the solidified concrete in the tank of the concrete mixer truck in time. During equipment maintenance, adjustment, maintenance, and cleaning, the main power switch must be turned off, and the warning sign "Do not close the door during maintenance" is hung.


4. There are many electric control equipments in the concrete mixing station with high technical content, and should be equipped with an experienced electrician who is responsible for the daily maintenance of electrical equipment.


2. Environmental protection improvement measures of concrete mixing plant


1. Improvement measures for dust reduction:


Dust removal improvement measures for fly ash, cement, mineral powder in the concrete mixing plant and the dust in the plant. 1. Material yard and aggregate transportation and back-end material yard packaging. 2. A dust remover is needed to install dust easily in the station. 3. Due to the semi-closed state of the backyard material yard, when installing the dust collector, spray equipment can be installed at the material yard mouth and the upper part of the material yard. Create the purpose of water curtain dust reduction. A high-pressure spraying device can be installed in the station, and the dust in the station can be cleaned regularly to serve the purpose of irrigating the vegetation.




2. Improvement measures for sewage treatment


Sewage is mainly divided into mixer truck and mixer cleaning sewage and natural rainwater. It can be separately collected and directly supplied to production and cleaning of vehicles and the main station through reasonable sewage treatment. Realize the recycling of sewage, and achieve the goal of zero-discharge production of the entire station.


3. Improvement measures for waste disposal


The waste material is mainly divided into the remaining waste material in the mixing tank truck and the sedimentation waste material from sewage treatment. These waste materials can be filtered and classified, and they can be reasonably equipped as additives in the production of concrete with different specifications. It will not affect the quality of the concrete, and it also realizes the problem of solid waste disposal in the whole station.

4. Improvement measures for noise control


The noise is mainly production noise and vehicle noise. For the production noise, a concrete closed structure can be used in the design of the entire station, and the noise can be controlled in the production closed workshop to the greatest extent. For example, the air compressor can build a closed air compressor room. Add shock-absorbing pads to the vibration parts to reduce the generation of noise sources. For vehicle noise, a natural gas vehicle can be used and the fence inside the station can be increased to reduce the vehicle noise output.
