When driving up or down on a slope of more than 15, the angle between the arm and the boom should be maintained at 90°-110, the distance between the back of the bucket and the ground should be 20~30cm, and the engine speed should be reduced.
(2) If you want to brake when going downhill, put the walking joystick in the neutral position so that the brake will automatically act.
(3) If the track shoe slips when driving uphill, in addition to relying on the driving force of the track shoe to drive uphill, you should also use a stick.

(6) If the machine is on a slope, do not open the driver's door as this can easily cause sudden changes in operating force, and the driver's door should always be closed.
(7) When walking on a slope, do not change the direction of walking, otherwise it will cause the machine to tip or slide. If it is necessary to change the walking direction on the slope, it should be operated on a gentler and firmer slope.
(8) Avoid crossing slopes, as this may cause the machine to slip.
(9) When working on a slope, do not perform the same rotation because it is easy to cause the machine to tip and slide due to loss of balance.

2. Working in muddy water and soft ground
(1) If the river bed is flat and the flow speed is slow, the operating depth in the water should be below the centerline of the support sprocket.
If the condition of the river bed is not good and the water flow speed is fast, you must pay attention not to invade water or sand into the slewing bearing mechanism, slewing pinion, central slewing joint, etc. If water or gravel invades the large rotating bearing, the large ring gear of the small rotating gear and the central rotary joint, the new butter or large rotating bearing should be replaced immediately, and the operation should be suspended and repaired in time.
(2) When working on a soft ground, the ground may fall bit by bit. Pay attention to the condition of the lower part of the machine at all times when working.
(3) When working on soft ground, be careful not to exceed the sinking depth of the machine
(4) When one-sided crawler is caught in muddy water, you can use the boom, stick and bucket to lift the crawler, and then pad the board or log to let the machine drive out. If necessary, place a wooden board under the bucket. When using the working device to lift the machine, the angle between the boom and the stick should be 90°-110°, and the bottom of the bucket should always be in contact with the muddy ground

(6) If the machine is stuck in muddy water and cannot be detached by its own strength, use a steel wire rope with sufficient strength to be firmly tied to the walking frame of the body, and place a thick wooden board between the steel wire rope and the walking frame to avoid damage to the steel wire rope and The body, and then use another machine to drag up. The holes on the walking frame are used to pull lighter objects, and must not be used to pull heavy objects, otherwise the holes will break, causing danger.
(7) When working in muddy water, if the connecting pin of the working device is immersed in water, grease should be added after each completion. For heavy-duty operations or deep excavation operations, grease the connecting pins of the working device before each operation. After adding butter each time, operate the boom, stick and bucket several times and then add butter until the old butter is squeezed out.
3. Work in the coastal area
Before operation, check whether the plug drain valve and each cover are loose. If it is loose, tighten it. If necessary, add an appropriate amount of butter to the electrical equipment to prevent corrosion of the equipment. After operation, the entire machine should be thoroughly cleaned to remove salt, and if necessary, add butter or oil to avoid corrosion.
4. Working in dusty areas
(1) Always check and clean the air filter element, and replace it if necessary.
(2) Frequently check the water pollution in the water tank, shorten the time interval for cleaning the water tank, to prevent the interior from being blocked by impurities and affecting the heat dissipation of the engine and hydraulic system.
(3) Be careful when adding diesel fuel. Do not allow impurities to mix in the diesel fuel. Check the diesel filter element at an appropriate time. Be sure to hold down the machine and support the machine with a safe bracket.
(7) Under normal circumstances, there is a lot of pressure in each hydraulic oil pipe. Before releasing the internal pressure, do not add oil, drain oil or perform maintenance and inspection.
(8) When just stopped, the engine coolant and the oil in various parts and pipelines are still under high temperature and high pressure. At this time, opening the cover to drain water, drain oil or replace the filter element will cause burns or other injuries. Therefore, it is necessary to wait for the temperature to decrease before carrying out inspection or maintenance.
(9) When adjusting the tightness of the crawler, be careful of high-pressure butter. There is high-pressure butter in the tensioning cylinder. If the screw plug and grease nipple are loose, high-pressure butter will be ejected, causing damage or personal injury. Therefore, when turning the loose open oil plug counterclockwise, never exceed one turn. Never put your face, hands, feet, or other parts of the body facing the oil drain plug or grease fitting.
(10) When checking diesel oil, hydraulic oil, coolant or battery electrolyte at night, use explosion-proof lamps, otherwise there is a danger of explosion.
(11) Before performing maintenance and excavator repair under the machine, all movable working devices should be lowered to the ground or the lowest position. Be sure to cushion the machine's tracks with wedges. If the machine is poorly supported, do not work under it.
(12) Short circuit of electrical system is very easy to cause fire. Always clean and tighten all electrical connections. Before working, check whether the cable or wire is loose, kinked or cracked, and check whether the terminal cover is missing or damaged, and fill in new ones in time. Unusable cables and wires should be replaced in time. The blown fuse must be replaced with a fuse of the same capacity. It cannot be replaced with a fuse with an increased capacity, nor can it be replaced with a thin copper wire. If the same fuse is burned out several times, it means that the system has malfunctioned, and you should immediately call a professional excavator repair person for repair.
