Troubleshooting:

Note: If you only walk straight, there is no other action, then the walking straight solenoid valve does not open, and the hydraulic pump supplies oil to the left and right walking alone.

Failure phenomenon
The D032 appears on the display.When the upper and lower compound actions of the excavator are operated, the walking linearity cannot be maintained.
Troubleshooting process:
Press and hold the buzzer switch, turn the key to ON, and enter the service diagnosis NO.8
Find the D-3 option.
Judgment condition:
The display screen alarms, the current value of the proportional valve is above 1000 mA.
Target 1:
If the connector of other proportional valve is swapped, D032 disappears, and when other alarm codes appear, replace the walking straight proportional valve (sign: PSV-C).
Target 2:
Check the connecting cables CN-119F and CN-105F between the walking diameter proportional valve and the computer version. Even if the connector of the adjacent proportional valve is swapped and the start switch is turned on, D032 will continue to display, please check the connection harness.
