cause of issue:
1 The oil seal seal is worn.
2 Hydraulic oil has moisture.
3 Distributor failure.
4 The main pump pressure is low.
5 Control valve failure.
6LS valve or pc valve spool stuck or worn.
7 The main relief valve is faulty.
8 Unloading valve failure.
There is a problem with the 9LS bypass valve.
10O ring wear.
The Kobelco excavator was slow and weak.
On-site maintenance:
1 On-site test machine excavator does appear that the excavator vehicle is slow and the arm is missing.
2 Check whether the oil seal ring of the excavator is worn or leaking, and the oil seal is damaged.
3 Check whether the hydraulic oil used has moisture or the hydraulic oil used is unqualified, and the hydraulic oil used is normal.
4 Check whether the pressure of the control valve of the excavator is insufficient or the control valve is worn out, and the control valve is worn out.
5 Check the distributor for cracks and the distributor is normal.
6 Check whether the spool of the LS valve and pc valve of the machine is stuck. There is no sign of spool of the LS valve or pc valve.
7 Recently checked whether the main pump pressure of the excavator is low or high or whether there are signs of wear inside, and the detection found that the main pump pressure is too high, which causes the excavator vehicle to be weak and to lose arms.
Maintenance result:
After replacing the oil seal, control valve and adjusting the pressure of the main pump, the excavator vehicle is slow and the arm is out of trouble.
