2. Continuously variable speed can be realized in a wide range. The ratio of the highest to the lowest speed can reach 1000 to 1, and a lower stable speed can be obtained.
3. Easy to maintain and operate. Compared with electric transmission or mechanical transmission, hydraulic transmission saves a lot of intermediate transmission and control devices
4. Since the hydraulic transmission parts all work in oil, they can lubricate themselves, thereby improving the working reliability of the machine and extending the service life of the parts
5. Hydraulic components are easy to realize standardization, generalization and serialization. At present, part of my country's hydraulic components (such as oil pumps, oil motors, control bores, etc.) have been serialized.
However, hydraulic transmission also has the following shortcomings:
1. Due to the oil leakage, the work efficiency is affected, so the machining accuracy of the mating parts is relatively high
2. When the temperature and viscosity of the hydraulic oil change, the transmission effect will be affected. It is difficult to use in low temperature or high humidity conditions.
3. If the oil is infiltrated with air, it will produce noise, vibration and creeping) phenomenon, resulting in unstable work.
4. When a fault occurs, it is difficult to determine the cause and eliminate the fault.
