The automatic disc cutter cuts 80 ~ 120 kilograms of aluminum profiles per hour. The larger and longer the diameter of the scrap aluminum wire, the higher the output. The diameter of the thick aluminum wire is 12 mm, the length is not limited, and multiple strands can be cut at the same time. The installed capacity is 5.5 kilowatts.
??Line segment raw materials with uniform specifications are automatically and evenly fed through the discharge port of the crusher, and the output is 30-40 kg per hour. The installed capacity and product particle size can be determined according to the thickness and length of the line segment, and the general particle size is 2-6 mm. The processed particles are basically spherical and hemispherical. The feed inlet of the crusher is equipped with automatic magnetic vibration feeding, and the feeding amount can be adjusted. The shell of the crusher is equipped with a cooling water jacket, which can be cooled by circulating water at atmospheric pressure and monitored by a thermometer.
