How To Adjust The Excavator Hydraulic Pump Flow?

1. Adjustment of main pump flow

  (1) Loosen the flow lock nut.


   (2) Turn the pressure adjusting bolt until the pressure meets the requirements.


  (3) When the system pressure is in the range of 14700-1700kPa, turn the flow adjustment bolt 1/4 turn clockwise, the flow will increase by about 18L/min, and the first-stage spring will work. When the system pressure is in the range of 23500~34300kPa, turn the flow adjustment bolt 1/4 turn clockwise, the flow will increase by about TL/min, and the second stage spring will work.


  (4) If the flow adjustment bolt is turned counterclockwise, the flow will decrease by the value of the phase city


  (5) Tighten the flow lock nut with a tightening torque of (12±3)N·m (6) The flow adjustment method of the upper and lower pumps is the same.


  2, adjustment of the maximum flow rate of the main pump


  (1) Loosen the flow lock nut.


  (2) Twist the flow adjustment plug until the flow reaches the maximum value. Turn the flow adjustment butterfly bolt 1/4 turn clockwise, and the flow will decrease by about 13L/min; turn the flow adjustment bolt counterclockwise 1/4 turn, and the flow will increase by about 13L/min.


  (3) Tighten the flow lock nut, the tightening torque is 10N·m3. Adjustment of back flow


  (1) Loosen the flow lock nut.


  (2) Turn the flow adjustment bolt until the flow reaches the maximum value. Turn the flow adjustment bolt 1/4 turn clockwise. When the system pressure is 250kPa, the flow will decrease about 4J/min; turn the flow adjustment bolt 1/4 turn counterclockwise, and the flow will increase about 4L/min.


  (3) Tighten the nut, the expansion torque is (12±3)N·m.
