Kobelco Excavator Engine Parking Device Structure Circuit Diagram

Kobelco excavator engine parking device circuit is composed of start switch, engine parking motor, and engine parking relay. Its actions are divided into engine operation and engine parking.


  1. The action of engine running


When the start switch is placed in the running (ON) position, the current flows through the battery → fuse → terminal B of the start switch → ACC terminal of the start switch → terminal 86 of the engine parking relay → battery, so that the terminals 30 and 87 of the engine parking relay are connected Then the current flows through the battery → fuse → B terminal of the engine parking motor → P2 terminal of the engine parking motor → No. 87 terminal of the engine relay → No. 30 terminal of the engine parking relay → A terminal of the engine parking motor → Engine parking motor The E terminal of the battery → the battery 1 to make the engine stop motor rotate, and then the fuel supply switch of the engine fuel injection pump is turned on, so that the engine is running. There is a cam switch on the engine parking motor. When it rotates 180°, the current of the engine parking motor is cut off and its state is maintained.


  2, the action when the engine is stopped


  When the start switch is placed in the parking (OFF) position, the current through the engine parking relay coil is cut off. Subsequently, the 30th terminal of the engine parking relay and the 87a terminal are connected, and the current flows through the battery → fuse → B terminal of the engine parking motor → Pl terminal of the engine parking motor → 87a terminal of the engine parking relay → No. 30 of the engine parking relay Terminal → E terminal of the engine parking motor → battery to make the engine parking motor run. The fuel supply of the engine fuel injection pump is turned on


   is off, the engine stops. When the engine parking motor rotates 180° in the running state, the internal CAM switch current is cut off, thereby stopping.
