Although the failure will not affect the loading operation of the excavator, it is really necessary to test the operator's operating skills to dig a straight trench. Then why does the excavator walk off track? Mainly because the speed of the walking motors on both sides of the excavator is inconsistent, it will cause the phenomenon of deviation. Just such a seemingly simple fault, but the cause of the fault is not one, and there are many parts that need to be checked.


1. The posture of the main valve center of the excavator's deviation is not sensitive

The yellow spring in the main valve of the walking becomes tighter, cracks, or the valve core is stuck, which will often reduce the vapor pressure and cause the walking deviation.

Solution: Accurately measure the working pressure of the fuel pipe of the walking main valve to see if everything is normal. If the walking main valve is damaged, try to disassemble or repair it immediately.

2. The dirt enters the static balance valve in the fuel pipe of the parking brake system on the side of the excavator

When the excavator is walking, if there is residue or dirt that blocks the small round hole of the static balance valve, the working pressure oil cannot enter the yellow chamber of the static balance valve according to the small round hole of the static balance valve to promote the static balance valve The valve core moves. The working pressure oil cannot enter the hydraulic transmission system according to the groove on the static balance valve, the driving force of the parking brake cannot be eliminated, and the walking motor cannot be rotated, so the walking deviation will also occur.

Solution: Remove the static balance valve and carry out the elimination. Pay attention that no waste or residue can enter during the disassembly. In addition, remember to disassemble and install the hydraulic oil and filter element on time.

3. Oil leakage from the stop valve of the walking motor

The oil leakage of the stop valve of the walking motor will cause the working pressure in the system to be too low, which will result in insufficient rotation of the walking motor, and the situation of walking deviation.

4. The chain rail tension level is different from top to bottom

The tension and looseness of the upper and lower chain rails are different, which will immediately hurt the walking and cause deviation.

Solution: Fill the loose side with unsalted butter to make it the same as the other side.

5. Reduced characteristics of gasoline pump

When the gear oil pump of the pump total flow controller of one pump of the excavator is stuck in a certain part or because of serious damage, internal leakage, or insufficient working pressure of the system software, it will cause the speed of the walking motor to be slow and the walking deviation .

Solution: Remove the hydraulic oil pump from the excavator, disassemble the damaged parts, repair the controller, and disassemble the hydraulic oil and filter element.

6. The output working pressure of the walking proportional valve on the deviation side of the excavator is too low

The proportional valve can output the relative control steam pressure according to the length of the control stroke arrangement of the control lever, so that the main pressure regulating valve has a relative displacement, and then controls the speed of the working mechanical equipment.

If the filter element is blocked and the intake valve of the oil filter is opened, the blackened hydraulic oil will immediately enter the control circuit of the proportional valve without personal experience, causing the electro-hydraulic directional valve in the valve to jam, and the operating oil cannot pass through. The rotating proportional valve on the deviation side of the excavator flows to the rotating main pressure regulating valve, causing deviation in walking.

Removal method: Eliminate the oil circuit board and the fuel pipe in front of the phase, disassemble and assemble the hydraulic oil and filter element.

7. The travel suction valve on the deviation side of the excavator is destroyed

If the travel suction valve is damaged, the valve is yellowish or cracked, the vapor pressure in the travel main valve will be reduced, resulting in insufficient driving force of the travel motor and causing deviation.

Solution: Repair or replace the suction valve.

8. The seal ring of the rotary joint of the management office is destroyed

If the hydraulic oil filter element is disassembled on time, the intake valve on the filter element will be opened, and the hydraulic oil that has not personally experienced the worries will immediately enter the drag surface of the rotary joint of the management office, and here is the residue mixed in it. It will damage the sealing ring and cause the working pressure oil on one side to leak, which will cause the speed of the two walking motors to be different, and the excavator will run off the track.

Solution: Disassemble and assemble the oil on the rotary joint in the management office; disassemble and assemble the hydraulic oil and filter element.

Summary: Normally, it is reasonable to immediately disassemble and assemble the hydraulic oil and filter element for the timely maintenance of the excavator; use qualified hydraulic oil in the application to maintain the clean room level of the hydraulic oil and avoid environmental pollution when changing the oil; In addition, hydraulic oil and filter elements should be disassembled and assembled immediately in accordance with regulations. Only by paying more attention to this key factor can we prevent larger equipment failures and even safety accidents.
