Therefore, in order to prevent and eliminate hidden dangers and ensure that the crane is always in good condition, the crane should be maintained and maintained before the wear of the crane parts has reached the level of affecting the crane's failure.
1. Maintenance and maintenance cycle table
Due to many factors, the system is often unavoidably polluted. In order to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system, the cleanliness of the system must be maintained. For this reason, oil suction and return oil filters, oil suction and return oil filters are installed on the hydraulic oil tank. The filter is often the place where contaminants gather. If the contaminants gather to a certain extent, it will affect the flow rate of the oil filter and affect the normal operation of the hydraulic system. For a new car, generally 100 working days need to clean the oil filter with gasoline and polyester cloth or silk. It will be cleaned every 300 working days.
Note: Different brands of hydraulic oil, gear oil and grease cannot be mixed with each other.
2. Maintenance and maintenance methods and precautions
1. Maintenance of hydraulic oil: The crane is fully hydraulic. The quality, viscosity and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil are very important to the normal operation of the crane. If you neglect the replacement of the hydraulic oil, it is very easy to cause various failures of the machine. And seriously shorten its working life. The company will not bear all the consequences caused by your failure to replace and filter the hydraulic oil according to the requirements of this manual.
Whenever serious contamination of hydraulic oil is found, it should be filtered or replaced in time. The replacement of hydraulic oil is executed according to JB/T9737.3-2000.
Select the appropriate hydraulic oil according to the ambient temperature.
The hydraulic oil should not be used for more than 24 months. After 24 months, it cannot be used even after filtering.

3. Check the amount of oil
The oil level should be checked when the crane is in the driving state; the liquid temperature and level gauge has dual functions, marked with a scale, which can display the oil level and the temperature of the hydraulic oil; when checking the oil, the oil level must be kept at Between the middle of the liquid temperature level gauge and the top scale line.
Note: When replacing hydraulic oil, clean the oil tank and replace the hydraulic oil filter element.
Third, the maintenance of the reducer mechanism
1. Maintenance of the main hoisting mechanism: perform an idling operation for 10 to 15 minutes before refueling. Use a suitable Allen wrench to unscrew the oil drain cock and drain the old oil. Tighten the oil drain screw plug, unscrew the oil filling hole screw plug and the oil standard hole screw plug, add lubricating oil until the oil overflows in the oil standard hole, and then tighten the oil filling hole cock and the oil standard hole screw plug.
The oil volume of the main winch is about 7 liters. Winter: Mobil SHC220 or Great Wall L-CKT220 gear oil; Summer: L-CKD220 or L-CKD320 gear oil.
2. Maintenance of auxiliary hoisting mechanism: Before refueling, run dry for 10 to 15 minutes. Use a suitable Allen wrench to unscrew the oil drain cock and drain the old oil. Tighten the oil drain screw plug, unscrew the oil filling hole screw plug and the oil standard hole screw plug, add lubricating oil until the oil overflows in the oil standard hole, and then tighten the oil filling hole cock and the oil standard hole screw plug.
The auxiliary winch oil is about 4 liters. Winter: Mobil SHC220 or Great Wall L-CKT220 gear oil; Summer: L-CKD220 or L-CKD320 gear oil.
3. Maintenance of the slewing mechanism: Before changing the oil, perform an idling operation for 10 to 15 minutes, unscrew the oil drain plug at the bottom of the reducer, drain the old oil, and tighten the oil drain plug. Unscrew the oil filling plug, add the specified amount of lubricating oil, and tighten the oil filling plug.
The oil volume is about 7 liters. Winter: Mobil SHC220 or Great Wall L-CKT220 gear oil; Summer: L-CKD220 or L-CKD320 gear oil.
