Semi-annual Maintenance
Besides the daily and weekly maintenance, the monthly and quarterly maintenance, semi-annual maintenance should be finished by the professional maintenance personnel each half-year.
1.Clean the case of motor, fuel tank and pipeline;
2.Clean and lubricate all moving parts；
3.Check and replace the friction liner of parking brake;
4.Check all the gauges, lamplight and indicator light;
5.Check and replace sealing rubber cup of brake master pump.
Annual Maintenance
Besides the daily and weekly maintenance, the monthly and quarterly maintenance, semi-annual maintenance, the annual maintenance should be finished by the professional maintenance personnel each year.
1.Check and maintain the engine;
2.According to the technology condition of wheel loader, overhaul, repair and replace the transmission, torque converter, main reducing gear, differential mechanism and wheel-side reducer ;
3.Check, repair and replace the steering gear, free-running of steering wheel;
4.Overhaul, repair and replace the components of braking system;
5.Check and repair the deformation and crack of frame, axle, movable arm of work unit, connecting rod and rocker.
