According to the model of engine, the type of belt drive and the walking structure, the commonly used small loaders can be classified differently.
1.According to the model of engine
① If the model of engine is less than 22, then the machine is tiny loader.
② If the mode of engine is in the range of 24~28, then the machine is called small loader.
③ If the model of engine is in the range of 2105~485, then the machine is called medium loader.
④ If the model of engine is more than 4102, then the machine is called high configuration loader.
2.According to the type of belt drive
① The first one is hydro-mechanical transmission, which has low impact vibration and easy operation. The driving medium has long life service. This type of belt drive is usually adopted by the medium and large machine.
② The second one is hydrodynamic drive, which has the advantage of step-less speed regulation and easy operation. But it has poor startability. This type of belt drive is usually adopted by the small machine.
③ The third one is electrical drive, which has the advantage of stepless speed regulation, stable performance and easy maintenance. But the cost is rather high. This type of belt drive is usually adopted by the large machine.
3.The walking structure
① The wheel type: It has the advantages of low weight, quick speed, flexible mobility and high efficiency. And it is not easy to damage the road. It has high ground pressure and low passing ability. This type is used widely.
② The crawler-type: It has the advantages of low ground pressure, good passing ability, low gravity, good stability, strong stickiness and big traction force. But it also has the disadvantages of low speed, poor flexibility and high cost. It is easy to destroy the road.
