The reason for the oil burning of the excavator is:
1. In the excavator, the blue and black smoke is discharged from the bottom of the excavator, and the consumption of the oil is more than usual. It shows that the engine oil is excavate, which may be caused by the wear of the piston ring, the large clearance of the valve, the large clearance of the valve tube and the error of the piston installation.
2, the clearance between the cylinder liner and the piston is too large, or the piston oil ring dies or breaks.
3, if the phenomenon of burning oil is accompanied by the phenomenon of lower exhaust and dripping oil, it is likely that the piston ring wear is serious or broken.
4, the engine oil, if the lower exhaust is not very serious, may be the turbocharging seal is not strict, at this time, it is recommended to remove the turbocharged ends of the pipe to see if there is any oil, if the oil shows the turbocharger fault.

1, check the oil is too much.
2. Check the turbocharged turbine and release the hose at both ends of the intake and exhaust. Normal should be dry. If oil is found, there may be a problem with the turbine that causes the oil from the turbine to the exhaust pipe.
3, pay attention to the exhaust pipe when you start burning in the morning. If black smoke and clear oil smell, it may be the turbine fumes.
