All normal engine water temperature is between 80 Celsius and 90 Celsius. If the temperature is higher than these, it will cause boiling, then I will check it by enumeration method several times. After the water temperature is too high, long-term operation will not only cause damage to the engine as a whole, but also The impact on the cylinder head gasket of the engine will cause immediate common failures, causing great damage to the owners

1. It must be noted that if the excavator is boiling, it is not necessary to stop the fire immediately. All normal low gears will be operated for a while to reduce the endothermic reaction, and the temperature will drop before standby.
2. When checking the radiator. After the machine boils, the temperature of the radiator of the water storage tank is very high. If you open the radiator cover eagerly at this time, most of them will always spray out boiling water, and the operator will burn and foam. At this time, the unpopular doors on both sides of the excavator should be opened, so that the radiator can ventilate the product flow, speed up the skin temperature, and check when the temperature drops. Remember that you cannot use cold water to flush high-temperature components immediately. It is an engine, which may be scrapped immediately. .
