1. First, check whether the non-burning brick machine is damaged or deformed during transportation, and pay special attention to whether the hydraulic pipeline is damaged.
2. Check whether the fasteners of the main parts are loose, and check according to the installation of key equipment lines;
3. Check the reducer equipment, the oil cylinder of the vibration table and each lubrication point whether the oil is added as required, and whether the oil quantity is appropriate;
4. Before the test machine, lubricate the relative sliding parts of each moving part according to the regulations. If the machine is disassembled due to transportation needs, it can be divided into forming device, plate feeding device, feeding device, brick output device, palletizing device, and phase electricity. Control devices, etc., must be assembled in place according to the assembly relationship when installing.
