(1) Check, clean and replace the air cleaner filter element: First blow dry compressed air with a pressure of less than 700kPa from the inside of the filter element along the south of the crease, then blow along the outer crease, and finally blow from the inside. After 6 cleanings or more than 1 year of use, the filter element should be replaced. Do not use filter elements with damaged layers or gaskets. Do not replace or clean the air cleaner element while the engine is working. When cleaning the filter element, nothing needs to be struck.
(2) Cleaning the inside of the cooling system: After allowing the engine to cool down sufficiently, loosen the water inlet cover slowly to relieve the pressure inside the water tank, and then drain the water. Do not perform cleaning while the engine is working. Be careful of the fan rotating at high speed.
(3) Check and tighten the track shoe bolts.
(4) Check and adjust the track tension: measure the distance between the bottom of the track frame and the upper part of the grounded weir plate (inside of the track plate) from the fourth roller of the drive wheel. The standard distance is (303±20) mm. If the measured value is not within the standard range, adjust it by loosening or tightening.
(5) Check the intake air heater.
(6) Replace bucket teeth.
(7) Adjust the clearance of the bucket: When the clearance is less than one shim thickness (the thickness of the shim is 1.0mm and 0.5mm), do not adjust the coin.
(8) Check the liquid level of the window cleaning fluid, if it is insufficient, it should be added.
(9) Check and adjust the air conditioner: check the liquid level of the refrigerant (Freon 143), if the refrigerant is insufficient, the refrigeration performance will be deteriorated, and the refrigerant should be added
(10) Replace the filter element of the oil filter.
