This unidirectional throttle can cause both the boom cylinder to be substantially hindered, and can also control the relender speed by adjusting the valve based on the opening speed of the boom decrease in the boom.
Both hydraulic excavators of WY32 and WY20 are equipped with two boom cylinders and two adjustable one-way throttle valves. Adjusting the unidirectional throttle to meet the requirements of the boom dropping speed, but also make the opening of the two one-way throttle valves, the amount is close, otherwise the amount of return to the two throttle valves is different. . The oil flow of the opening is large, and turbulent flow is possible in the subsequent line, and the pressure loss is increased. After this pressure loss becomes heat, the temperature rise of the system can be accelerated.
But in actual use of two unidirectional throttle valves is a very troublesome thing. To this end, through theoretical analysis and use investigation, two unidirectional throttle valves in the large cavity of the two boom cylinders are determined. Change to a unidirectional throttle valve of a large-pass, and make the boom dispenser to change accordingly, and then install back on the WY32 excavator.
After the improved one-way throttle valve is adjusted, it is convenient, and as long as it meets the speed requirements of the boom, the flow rate in the two pipes can be basically guaranteed. That is to say, the pressure loss in the two lines in the post-improvement is less than the original, and the heat generated is small.
Single single-way throttle valve and improved boom dispensers are used on WY32 excavators on the site, installation, adjustment, and maintenance are more convenient than the original. The pressure of the two-motion arm cylinders is used, with uniform load, work synchronization, can meet the work requirements of the host, and the cost of each host can be reduced, there is a certain economic benefit.
