Check The Resistance Of The Excavator

Disconnect the solenoid valve connector and the T sensor connector. Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 2 (or 3) on the solenoid valve or on the sensor side connector. Note: The specified resistance value is a value below 20C.

  1, the resistance of the proportional solenoid valve


Boom (SA) proportional solenoid valve, stick (SA) proportional solenoid valve, bucket (SA) proportional solenoid valve, swing (SA) proportional solenoid valve, travel (SA) proportional solenoid valve, auxiliary (SA) proportional solenoid valve The specified resistance is (23.5 +5)0.


  2, the resistance of the directional solenoid valve


  (1) The specified resistance of the traveling speed selector (SH) solenoid valve is (23.5 +5)0.


  (2) The specified resistance of the rotary stop (SI) solenoid valve is (59. 7 ± 10) 0.


  (3) The specified resistance of the rotary buffer solenoid valve is (35 ± 10) 0.


   3. The specified resistance of the pump displacement solenoid valve is (15.5 +5)0.


   The resistance specified by 4.N sensor resistance is (810 +24)0.


   5. The resistance of the EC sensor (between terminals 1 and 3) specified resistance is (17 + 0.4) k0.


  6.T sensor resistance


"The specified resistance is (2.45 + 0.24) kQ (at 20C) or about 0.534kQ (at 60C).
