Application Requirements And Maintenance Of Hydraulic Excavators For Kobelco Excavators

Sep 16, 2021

The correct use and maintenance of hydraulic engineering machinery can not only keep the equipment in good technical state, but also prevent the equipment from premature damage, so as to prolong the service life.

1、 Use requirements

① Reasonably set the working pressure and flow according to the design regulations and working requirements.

② Select hydraulic oil or hydraulic transmission oil according to the manufacturer's instructions. The oil must be filtered when filling the tank.

③ The working temperature of hydraulic oil of construction machinery shall not exceed 60 ° C, which is generally controlled at about 50 ° C; The working temperature of hydraulic oil (hydraulic transmission oil) shall not exceed 120 ° C, which is generally controlled at about 90 ° C.

④ When the solenoid valve is used, the voltage shall be stable, and its fluctuation value shall not exceed 5% ~ 15% of the rated voltage.

⑤ In case of failure of a part of the hydraulic system, the machine shall be shut down in time.

⑥ Pay attention to regularly check the lubrication pipeline and its components and whether the amount of lubricating oil is sufficient.

⑦ Check the inflation and oil-gas mixing of the accumulator.

⑧ Always pay attention to fastening pipe joints and flanges. Seals and high-pressure hoses shall be inspected and replaced regularly.

⑨ The performance of main hydraulic components shall be measured regularly, and the excavator shall be repaired and replaced regularly.

2、 Maintain

In addition to meeting the general requirements, the maintenance of hydraulic engineering machinery should also pay attention to some special requirements:

① Familiar with the working principle of hydraulic equipment system and the function of main hydraulic parts.

② Focus on the working pressure, flow and temperature of the hydraulic system.

③ Before starting the equipment, pay attention to the oil level of the oil tank and the status of the solenoid valve.

④ Before starting up in winter, make the hydraulic pump idle for a period of time to preheat the oil.

⑤ Keep the equipment clean and prevent dust, metal abrasive particles, cotton yarn and other impurities from entering the oil tank.

⑥ Ensure regular regular inspection and regular maintenance to eliminate faults in the bud.
