Solution 2: Raise the fork cover, loosen the sensor snap ring, adjust it with a large flat screwdriver, and then install the snap ring. If there is no adjusting screw on the sensor, you can loosen the circlip and then remove the fork cover, and then turn down the 4 screws in the cover 2-3 times.
Trouble two: When the forklift scale is weighing, the number of hops does not return to zero
Solution: First, if the problem of inaccurate weighing is found, that is, an item on the scale is the same in both weighing conditions, you need to recalibrate and debug until it is accurate. If the hop count produces a non-zero error, please check whether the sensor fixing screw is loose and is on a plane. If no screw is loose and is on a plane, you need to check whether the sensor itself is defective The four sensors are blocked to see if the linearity is the same). If the sensor itself has a problem, the sensor needs to be replaced.
Trouble three: Forklift scales are unresponsive and often report errors.
Solution: When encountering this problem, first check whether there is a problem with the line, whether there is a short circuit at the end of the wire, whether the wire in the junction box falls off, etc. Secondly, check whether the meter can be turned on normally, and conduct self-check.
