First, check the line blind area
The cab of the loader is located on the left side, and the passive arm in the middle blocks the view, so there is a large blind spot on the right side, especially the right side is not visible. Many loader accidents cause people to be injured or killed by the rotation of the right side of the tail! Therefore, when working in a place that is not too wide, the loader should be as far left as possible and leave more space on the right side.
Rearview mirror is a very fragile thing on the loader. It often fails during work or transportation. If you touch them, many drivers will feel it. In any case, it does not matter, they will not become new rearview mirrors. In fact, on the loader, the rearview mirror is very important, especially on the right side. Accidents are usually caused by a lack of safety awareness!
Second, driving on soft soil
When working on soft soil such as swamps and river beaches, the loader should first use a bucket to try to check whether the ground can bear the weight of the loader. If you forget this process, unless you are driving an amphibious loader, it may have serious consequences. Although the loader is specifically designed for crawlers and has a large contact area with the ground, accidents captured by the loader in the mud may occur from time to time! Please note that this can be avoided. In order to avoid being stuck when working on soft ground such as swamps and river beaches, you should pay attention to the following points: 1. Try it with a bucket first. 2. Don't stay in the same place for a long time. 3. Take straighter and turn less.
If the loader gets stuck in the mud, don't worry. Don't try to climb out with a set of climbing methods, it will only go deeper and deeper. There are many ways to save: 1. If it is not deep, you should first hollow out the two tracks and try again. 2. If you still can't come out, try the depth of the mud first. If it is not very deep, just dig the dirt in front of you to open up the way for yourself. Slowly approach the hard ground on the shore. 3. If the mud is infinitely deep, it is to rent a few iron plates or road base plates and press it under the track to easily get rid of the predicament.
3. Raise your arm while walking
There are many novices or apprentices who think that the loader boom is the highest, the stick is fully open, and the bucket is facing the sky, so the sight will be better when walking, it will be cool if you walk. Walking in this way is very dangerous. Due to the high working device and high center of gravity, if it is slightly uneven, the ground will fall over.
Therefore, don't calm down when walking and doing homework. The most important thing is to be optimistic about the road under your feet.
4. Hold the door frame when going downhill
The super off-road ability of the loader is known to everyone. Through the cooperation of the track and the working device, the loader can climb up a steep slope or downhill easily. Everyone is easy to ignore dangerous situations. When the loader goes downhill or down the trailer, many drivers will push the front windshield or door frame with their left hand and operate the loader with their right hand. walk. At this time, if the door is opened without locking, the door will quickly close due to gravity, which is usually a great force. Fixing it on the door frame will be clamped. Very serious consequences.
Therefore, when the loader is working, there is a lock on the door of the loader cab, and there is a lock when it is opened, whether the door is opened or closed, it must be locked. Drivers should try not to grasp the door frame.
5. Pipeline
Each city has a complex pipe network underground. When the loader is working in urban areas, special attention should be paid to underground pipelines. Digging or digging pipelines is very dangerous. Most underground pipeline networks do not have drawings. Not knowing the location and depth of the pipeline requires the driver to pay special attention to his work. Since most pipelines are first filled by loader, we can also estimate and judge the location of pipelines based on experience. Generally, the pipeline is parallel to the road, or in the roadbed or green belt, and has a manhole cover. The name of the pipeline will be written on the manhole cover. The connection of multiple manhole covers is the direction of the pipeline. Usually, there are many pipes buried under a road. Deeper is rainwater and sewage. In the past, cement pipes were used, now bellows are used. The shallower are the tap water and gas pipelines. The tap water used to be very thick in cast iron pipes. The gas is a protective layer on the outer surface of the iron pipe. Now use PE pipes. More highlights are electricity and communications, usually protected by PVC pipes, which have wires or cables. Among them, water, electricity and gas are very dangerous. If you dig a defense military cable, the consequences are very serious. Special care must be taken when digging in urban areas.
In landfills, sand is usually filled first, and the sand is used to protect the pipeline and compact the sides. Therefore, when the loader suddenly digs out pure sand in the urban area, or suddenly the soil color is loose, there may be a pipe next to it. Fragile materials such as bellows or PVC pipes must be cleaned manually.
Of course, the pipes are not necessarily all underground, but also in the sky. A mistake many newcomers may make is to focus 100% on the loader bucket, but I do n’t know that when raising the arm, the stick has hit the wire. No matter what kind of wires are encountered in the air, we must first observe whether there is insulation, and we can use an insulating material to contact the insulating layer. Uninsulated wires should not touch, they will break when touched, and may damage the cylinder. If the cylinder shaft is damaged electrically, do not retract it. If it retracts, it will scratch the oil seal. Polishing with very fine sandpaper or special tools should be used. If it is a high-voltage line, you must maintain a safe distance.
Six, riding to work in a ditch
When the loader is digging the trench, if the construction worker tells you that the height of the previous section is wrong, then let you ride the trench to dig it, you should not listen to him. Regardless of geological conditions, you can only open half of the crawler. The distance is no longer safe and there is a danger of landslides. Maybe the builder will tell you that there is nothing to return. Don't listen to him, because he cares more about the ditch than your safety. Qualified drivers should have their own independent thinking and safety awareness, which is a basic professional ethics.
Therefore, when digging ditches, they must be re-digged in one place. If you are not sure, let the construction worker measure a few points. If he does not measure, you will dig slowly, and you will get off at the bottom of the ditch to see the slope. If you have to dig a long distance again, you must first fill the trench back, which is troublesome but safe!
