Fault Phenomenon: There are more hydraulic oils at the main pump.
User opinion: It is considered that the main pump has serious quality problems, requiring replacement of the main pump
Check the steps (Analysis of the failure): From the surface, there is a lot of hydraulic oil on the surface of the main pump. The pump is the first to exude hydraulic oil at a M4 screw and then check the screw, not tightened, and then tighten the screw, no hydraulic pressure oil extraction, and observed for 1 hour, normal.
Troubleshooting experience:
1. Although the fault is not complicated, but because the agent does not care seriously, it is considered that the main pump has serious quality problems (requires manufacturers to confirmation), and almost replace the main pump.
2. Oil leakage failure confirm that the oil leaching point is quite important. If it is not confirmed, it will make the fault (even a simple fault) complicate, of course, it will also cause a misunderstanding that the user has important quality issues.
3. Before we arrived at the scene, the agent has requested that the agent carefully examined the osmotic point, and the agent has been checked, but did not find where to seepage. Note that the agent does not execute in accordance with the company's instructions or at all.
